Ib Andresen Industri offers roll forming ranging from the production of simpler profiles to extremely complex assignments requiring the extensive use of advanced technology. We carry out assignments both for customers with ongoing orders and customers with large complex project assignments.
Many of the assignments that IAI undertakes involve extensive development and production processes with complex solutions which draw on a number of our business areas.
Throughout the process, we offer advice on the materials and methods that are most suitable for each rolling assignment. We would be pleased to become an active business partner in the further development of existing products or the development of entirely new products.
We also offer total solutions, which involve work processes such as welding and surface treatment, including logistics management, and the establishment of customer-specific stock of finished profiles.
We use a number of different types of roll forming machines and regularly purchase the very latest technology within roll forming. We undertake roll forming in material thickness of between 0.2 mm and 5.0 mm and in coil/band widths of between 5 mm and 1000 mm and up to 16 metres in length.
