Turret Punching

Turret punching is a good alternative to laser cutting when large quantities have to be produced quickly and efficiently. Turret punching is particularly suited to large tasks with complex hole patterns and many holes. Turret punching also ensures optimal utilisation of the material, which is synonymous with less waste.
 
In Thailand we have a fully automatic FinnPower punching centrer at our disposal. This punching centrer is fitted with an integrated angle shear which makes it possible to integrate sheet cutting with the punching process. This minimises the process time and reduces total costs.
 
We can prepare customised solutions for complex hole patterns or contours, where we combine turret punching with laser cutting, bending, and welding as necessary.
