Accountability in terms of the natural environment and the working environment

Ib Andresen Industri is a responsible and far-sighted company. We therefore treat our staff and our surrounding community, including the environment, with due care and attention. We do this in many ways. A few of these are mentioned here.
 
The company naturally complies with all official, relevant environmental laws and regulations. In many areas, we go further; we are for example constantly striving to:

• Develop and manufacture products which contain materials with the least possible impact on the environment, 
• Optimise our processes, so we consume as little energy as possible,
• Sort all waste for recycling, so that we contribute to the optimal utilisation of raw materials,
• Collaborate and communicate internally with regard to environmental matters concerning products and processes,
• Prioritise an open dialogue with the outside world concerning the company's environmental circumstances.

Ib Andresen Industri is also a responsible company as regards the working environment. Staff should experience satisfaction in going to work, and we take great pride in having a low rate of staff turnover. The company's working environments are continually being improved and the management are continually working to optimise working conditions. We also take on a social responsibility for people in all situations and in relation to the surrounding community.
